MHT AAC CET

               This Entrance Exam Maharashtra Applied Arts and Crafts Common Entrance Test (MH-AAC-CET) is applicable for admission to the first year of the 4 year full time degree course in Bachelor of Fine Art in Govt. Institutes/Colleges and AICTE Approved Un-Aided Colleges in the Maharashtra State. The test will have three practical papers each of 50 marks and 1 theory paper (Objective Type) of 40 marks. Assignment of merit number will be out of 200 marks, out of which 150 marks for practical examination, 40 marks for general knowledge (Objective type) examination. And 10 marks are as credit marks to the candidates who have passed Intermediate drawing grade.
Eligibility:
  • Maharashtra Applied Arts and Crafts Common Entrance Test is mainly conducted to give admissions in first year of bachelor’s degree in fine art for the academic year. This entrance exam is conducted by the state of Maharashtra. The admissions shall be carried out by merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the common entrance test.
  • Candidate should have passed the HSC (10 + 2 level) examination of Maharashtra state board of secondary and higher secondary education or its equivalent examination with subject english and secured minimum 45% Marks in aggregate.
  • Candidates who have appeared for qualifying examination i.e. H.Sc (Std. XII) or its equivalent examination during the academic year and whose results are not declared till the last dates of submission of application forms are eligible to appear.
